Acceptable Usage Policy

Malware

1. Don't use Acrylix to upload malware
2. Don't use Acrylix as a command and control server for malware
3. Don't upload files containing malicious links

Gore

1. Don't upload gore or violent content
2. Don't upload suicide or self-harm imagery, or defend suicide or self-harm in any way
3. Don't upload imagery of death scenes (e.g., a gif of someone jumping out of a window)
4. Don't upload imagery of violence against animals or promote/defend animal cruelty

Gore (rule 1 and 3) is allowed if it's for medical, journalist, or educational purposes as long as it's legal

Fraud

1. Don't use Acrylix to commit fraud
2. Don't upload software designed to mass-create accounts ("account generators") or mass-login into accounts ("account checkers")
3. Don't upload stolen data (examples: database dumps, combolists, etc) to Acrylix
4. Don't upload proxy lists to Acrylix
5. Don't evade moderation actions or have multiple accounts unless permitted by Acrylix

Platform Abuse

1. Don't abuse the reporting system to submit false, duplicate, or otherwise malicious reports
2. Don't do harm to Acrylix or its users
3. Don't spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the API
4. Respect the non-personal usage and storage policies

Storage policy: This policy is, by its nature, enforced case by case. There aren't any per-account storage limits, but generally speaking you are expected to use it responsibly while keeping in mind that other users also need storage, and not to waste or abuse it.

Non-personal/commercial usage policy: If you are developing a commercial project or a project that allows user-generated content that uses Acrylix, please contact support for permission first.

Copyright Infringement

1. Don't use Acrylix to download or upload material that infringes on third-party rights.

Harassment and hate speech

1. Don't use Acrylix to harass anyone
2. Don't upload material containing harmful hate speech targeted at anyone or any group based on national, ethnic, racial, or religious differences, or for reason of the lack of any religious denomination
3. Don't upload material that denies mass genocides
4. Don't upload material that promotes fascist or totalitarian systems of state (nazism, fascism, communism, etc)

Privacy

1. Respect people's privacy and don't upload their personal information to Acrylix without consent.
2. Don't upload faces of people without their consent (unless it's for journalistic or educational purposes).

Non-consensual and/or Illegal adult pornography

1. Don't use Acrylix to upload non-consensual pornography or non-consensual suggestive imagery, such as but not limited to:

• Pornographic or suggestive media recorded without consent of all parties involved
• Pornographic or suggestive distributed without consent of all parties involved
• Archives of no longer publicly accessible pornography

2. Don't upload sextortion material to Acrylix

3. Don't use Acrylix to upload illegal adult pornography, such as but not limited to:

• Deepfake or AI-generated pornography
• Incest pornography
• Pornography involving animals

Child Safety

1. Don't upload real-world child sexual abuse material (child pornography)
2. Don't upload fictional child sexual abuse material (e.g., lolicon, shotacon, cub pornography, AI-generated pornography of minors)
3. Don't upload imagery of physical child abuse
4. Don't upload imagery of any underage nudity or minors in suggestive poses
5. Don't upload content that sexualizes minors in any way.
6. Don't upload content that justifies, defends or promotes real-world or fictional child sexual abuse material or child abuse.

We report CSAM to NCMEC, IWF (when possible), local law enforcement, and authorities in the uploader's country.

If you discover CSAM on Acrylix, report it to us (at abuse@acrylix.vip), NCMEC, and competent authorities.

Other

1. Don't use Acrylix to violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Don't use Acrylix if you're under the age of 13.
